Simple to use, all that’s required is to turn the grater on, place your cheese into the hopper and press. The grater will then chop parmesan to a fine powder – creating consistent results with minimal effort. Plus, the powerful motor is able to process up to 3kg of cheese per hour. This makes the grater ideal for restaurants that require high-output appliances to cater to demand.
Made primarily from high-quality aluminium, alongside a galvanised steel drum, the grater is both durable and easy to clean – staying in as-new condition throughout many uses to come.
Please note: suitable for Parmesan cheese only – not suitable for soft cheeses such as mozzarella or cheddar.
