Description
Compact design meets powerful cooking in the Cinders StreetWok LP20. Not only is this wok burner equipped with an impressive 16kW of controllable power, but its portable design means it only weighs 17kg.
Unlike other high-power burners with a loud roar, this tabletop wok burner employs a patented `flower head’ to disperse the sound and evenly distribute the heat at the base of the wok. Spreading the heat eliminates the common wok `hot spot’, enabling faster and more even heat penetration, ensuring reliable throughput without the need for specialised training.
Manufactured in the UK and CE safety compliant, the StreetWok LP20 is easy to set up and transport. It is ideal for serving food at fetes, festival and food markets, where speed, portability and reliable heat distribution are essential.
