Description
Frying pan with a special oval shape, grill pattern and dimensions that allow you to fry whole fish without the need for cutting. Cast aluminium and 10 mm thick bottom guarantees even heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan, thanks to which the frying process is faster – cold fish does not cool the pan, retains more natural juices and nutritional properties, and at the same time warms up evenly, making it perfectly crispy on the outside and delicate inside. The Lotan® coating enables fat-free frying and prevents the fish from sticking to the surface during frying.
