15″ Pizza Cover Lid for 15″ Pizza Pans
Description
The 15″ deep pan non-slip pizza covers keep air out whilst dough is being proven to give you a superior quality pizza. To prevent stacks of pizza pans from falling over when in transit, the lid features a slight recess, locking stacked pans together safely. Made from 1.2mm thick aluminium, the lids are easy to clean so can be interchanged between different styles of pizzas.

- For use when dough is being proven in the pizza pan.
- Help to keep air from getting to the dough, assisting it to rise.
- Covers fit over the rim of the pan, and also have a recess ensuring that the pan being stacked on top does not slide off when moved or carried.
- Purchase the Cover size to fit the same size of the pan. i.e 12″ lid for 12″ Pizza Pan.
