This 14 inch black iron pizza pan is ideal for creating delicious personal sized deep pan pizzas with ease. The black iron pan is durable, making it ideally suited to use in commercial venues, so you can keep creating top quality pizzas of all flavours, from the classic margherita to fully loaded meat feasts.

- Suitable for deck and conveyor ovens.
- Suitable for both fresh dough and par-baked bases.
- Must be seasoned before use.
Seasoning Instructions: Before use, wash in warm soapy water and quickly dry. YOU MUCH DRY QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY.
Wipe a small amount of cooking oil on all surfaces and bake until the oil has burnt on to the pan. Wipe all the excess oil from the pan.
AFTER BURNING DO NOT WASH IN WATER AS IT WILL CAUSE RUSTING.
