An essential addition to the modern professional kitchen, the Williams WBCF20 Blast Chiller Freezer delivers exceptional performance that exceeds current food safety legislation. Using advanced AirSmart technology, the blast chiller is designed to rapidly reduce the temperatures in food, eliminating food safety hazards of conventional cooling. Able to reduce temperatures from +90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or to -18°C in 240 minutes, food quality is preserved – maintaining texture, appearance, taste and aroma. Soft or hard chilling modes ensure delicate foods can be cooled without damage.
