Pans can be used for a large variety of catering tasks including cooking, reheating, transportation, blast chilling and food storage They can also be taken straight from the cooker to the freezer to the bains marie with no need for transferring to another pan. This set includes four ¼ pans with matching lids and an adaptor support bar. For use with L371 and L310 Buffalo Bain Maries.
