Description
Prep salads and sandwiches to perfection with this tomato knife from Victorinox. Equipped with a serrated 4.5-inch blade, the knife glides through the smooth skin of a tomato without tearing. Its handle is made of a soft-grip nylon for comfortable use and is colour-coded green to signify that it is suitable for vegetables, fruits, and other non-meat food items.
Crafted from high-carbon stainless steel, the blade of this Victorinox knife is ice tempered to enhance its durability and retain its sharpness. With a Rockwell hardness rating of 56, it is exceptionally wear-resistant and can maintain a razor-sharp edge even after frequent use.
For easy cleaning, the Victorinox tomato knife is dishwasher safe.
