Designed for precision cutting, peeling and coring, this professional knife features an ice-tempered high carbon steel blade which is made to retain its sharpness for longer, whilst still offering superb cutting performance.
The soft-grip nylon handle is both ergonomic and easy to grip, making prep work faster and safer. And as it’s colour-coded green, it’s perfect for colour-coded kitchens to prevent cross contamination.
