Made entirely of stainless steel, the 380 x 320mm Tramontina poultry roaster is a fantastic solution for cooking chicken, turkey and other meats. With its fully perforated grilling basket, liquid is kept away from the food, helping to provide a more uniform cook throughout.
As a handy extra, the perforations also allow food on the poultry roaster to smoke food too, making the pan highly versatile. And once you’re all done, the roaster can be placed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
