The large touchscreen control panel is extremely responsive, and is WiFi enabled for Smart Cooking when used with the iVide APP. The 400W increase in power to 1200W means it will heat your water bath in record time and will reliably maintain a set temperature within 0.1°C – essential for great sous vide results.
