Description
Keep your kitchen knives clean and safe with this UV steriliser from Sirman. Accommodating up to 15 knives, the 16W steriliser efficiently sanitises your items using UV light, eliminating the need for any chemical substances. With its powerful UV technology, you can trust that your knives will be thoroughly disinfected, free from harmful pathogens and bacteria.
Inside the sanitiser chamber there is a removable plastic knives holder, so you can load up the cabinet to maximise efficiency. Simply load, set the timer (at least one hour) and shut the door – there’s no need for turning or rotating the contents – every part is hygienically cleaned. Its mercury vapour lamp features wire screen protection for added safety.
The Sirman UV steriliser is made from AISI430 stainless steel with a smoked plexiglass door. A safety microswitch switches the UV lamps on when the door is opened and switches them off when it is closed. For convenience, this UV steriliser unit can be positioned wherever it’s needed – whether that’s on a wall or countertop.
