Description
Whether it’s a self-service area or installed in your kitchen, the Server twin fudge server is a great way to easily dispense warm toppings onto dishes. Perfect for any warm sauces, from gravy to hot fudge, the large capacity of the Server ensures there’s plenty to go around during a busy service.
With individual heat for each side, the Server provides the versatility to be used wherever it’s needed. Water bath heating ensures the contents are kept warm without drying out or burning. And as each pump is designed to dispense a set portion each time (can be adjusted up to 30ml), you can ensure food waste is kept to a minimum. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
