Sephra’s creamy soft-serve vanilla ice cream mix is a convenient and delicious option, boasting a UHT long life for easy ambient storage and minimal waste. As a ready-to-use mix, you simply need to pour it into your soft-serve ice cream machine and serve. This gluten-free ice cream mix is also free of artificial colours, flavours and palm oil.
Ingredients – MILK, Water, Sugar, Coconut oil, Glucose, MILK solids Emulsifier / stabiliser (Mono- and Di-glycerides of fatty acids, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Sodium Alginate, Locust Bean Gum),Vanilla flavouring.
