Perfect for salad bars, wholesalers, central production kitchens and more, the Sammic ES-100 Electric Salad Spinner offers a safe and effective way to dry large quantities of leafy greens. Equipped with a powerful and reliable motor, the two-speed spinner can dry up to 6kg of lettuce and other vegetables at a maximum speed of 900rpm – enough to dry thoroughly without any food quality degradation. Boasting an advanced Vibration Control System (VCS), the machines is able to operate smoothly and safely without requiring bolting to the floor. An innovative braking safety system also ensures the basket stops turning as soon as the lid opens, guaranteeing the safety of you and your staff at all times. Sturdy castors allow the unit to be moved around the kitchen or stored under a countertop, helping make the most of your kitchen space.
