Description
Designed to save valuable kitchen prep time, the Sammic CA41 veg prep machine cuts, slices, shreds and dices vegetables quickly and effortlessly. Ideal for schools, hotels, hospitals and restaurants, the Sammic features a powerful single phase 550W motor which can process up to 650kg of ingredients every hour and promises consistent results to minimise waste. This CA-41 is supplied with disc kit 2, which comprises of 4mm julienne and shredding discs, a 3mm curved slicing disc, 10mm chipping and dicing grids and a 10mm slicing disc, allowing maximum versatility and utility.
