Truly versatile, the RDB800 Roller Grill Bi-Temperature Display Cabinet gives you the flexibility to either chill or freeze the contents as your menu dictates. Simply switch from positive (0°C/+5°C) to negative (-5°C/-20°C), making the cabinet perfect for frozen desserts, cakes, salads, wraps and much more.
Energy efficient LED lighting runs the full length of the cabinet, highlighting your food and promoting sales. Strong stainless steel construction ensure the unit is both highly durable and easy to clean. And as the glass is triple glazed, more of the temperature is retained inside, helping to further improve overall energy efficiency.
