PME Essentials Gum Arabic 20g

Description
Made from the hardened sap of Acacia trees, this PME Gum Arabic can be used to make an edible glaze, adhesive or thickener. Simply mix with water to make an edible glue or use as a glaze.
Ingredients – Thickener (E414).
