Description

The Pastaline Mini Sfogly rolling machine is the perfect solution for achieving flawless rolling of sweet icing, modelling chocolate, marzipan and pastry.

Fast and easy to use, the machine can effortlessly process almost any type of dough, drawing it into thin and even sheets at a width of 300mm (12″). The Pastaline Sfogly is incredibly accurate, allowing ultra-fine adjustments so the resulting sheets are exactly as intended.

The unit is specifically designed to be user friendly. Not only is it safe and easy to make sheets just as you want, the Sfogly is simple to clean too, with strong stainless steel construction throughout.
