Description
Keep your pre-cooked food hot and ready to serve in the UK-made Parry 1987 gastronorm bain marie. With its full capacity of up to six one-third (1/3GN) size gastronorm trays (supplied), the bain marie has a truly impressive holding space, making it a great choice for high demand kitchens. The lids also feature a handy notch, allowing ladles to be kept in position without having to remove the lid – ideal for retaining heat within the pans and reducing energy use.
Simply fill the water pan and set the temperature – the Parry 1985 gently keeps food warm without burning or drying out, making it ideal for holding wet foods or sauces such as baked beans, chilli, curry or custard. And once you’re all done, it’s easy to clean too, thanks to its strong stainless steel construction and front-mounted drain valve.
