Included are a 3″ paring knife, great for peeling or chopping small ingredients, a 5″ utility knife for everyday general tasks, 8″ slicer perfect for carving and an 8″ bread knife, ideal for slicing up crusty loaves or pastry. Finally, the 8″ chef’s knife has the largest blade and is great for general kitchen knifework like chopping vegetables or slicing meats.
