Description
The 9098 Mol d’Art triple chocolate melter is specially designed to accurately hold chocolates at a range of temperatures necessary for dipping, pouring, and otherwise using in a variety of catering functions – much safer and more reliable than chafers or hobs.
The exterior is made of a heat resistant plastic for ease of handling, and the machine contains a removable stainless steel tray with lid. The bottom and sides of the tray are uniformly heated so that chocolate melts evenly. Caterers and restaurateurs who specialize in desserts have countless needs for chocolate at the right temperature and consistency – the Mol d’Art does just that. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
