Description
The “Excellence” range of stainless-steel pans from Matfer Bourgeat has been specially designed to offer Matfer Bourgeat quality at unbeatable value for money. Made with a tri-layer base that consists of aluminium that’s sandwiched between stainless steel, the sauté pan offers excellent heat distribution. This ensures consistent cooking results and reduced hot spots. The stay-cool handle prevents burnt hands, whilst the reinforced lip provides added strength to keep the pan in excellent condition throughout many uses.
