Macphie’s Crème Brûlée offers a convenient way to create a classic dessert. This pre-made custard is smooth, rich and perfect for busy kitchens. Simply heat, chill, and caramelise the sugar topping for a ready-to-serve treat. Flavours and textures can be easily added with ingredients like fruit, alcohol or different toppings. Additionally, the cartons are made from 87% renewable materials, making it an eco-conscious option.
Ingredients – Reconstituted skimmed MILK, water, sugar, vegetable oil, whey protein concentrate (MILK), modified starch, butter (MILK), reconstituted EGG yolk, stabiliser: gellan gum; flavouring, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, colour: beta-carotene.
