Description
With a high output, various cutting thicknesses (from 0.5 to 10mm) and a cutting width of 95mm, the Compact Pro Japanese mandoline from Louis Tellier is ideal for making homemade crisps or delicate dishes. A full stainless-steel body provides excellent durability, while the supplied hand guard protects users from the ultra-sharp blade. Additionally, the honeycombed blade prevents vegetables from sticking to the blade.
The BRON cutting-height adjustment system allows you to set the mandoline to suit your prep needs.
