Description
Without the hassle of fitting a full oven range this Opus 800 Boiling Top can provide equally efficient hob-style heating for pans and woks, making this a prime choice for takeaways or businesses requiring extra heating alongside an oven. Each of the four individual burners are supported with robust cast iron frames to support the heating process and give even distribution across whatever size pan you choose to use. This countertop unit has the option to be fitted with a floor stand (not included).
