Description
Retaining the potential of three separate appliances in one, the Lincat Opus 800 Pasta Boiler can just as easily be used as a steamer or bain marie dependent on your business needs. Capable of cooking up to 25 litres worth of cooked rice per use you can match high demand even during peak times, with a starch removal system keeping your water fresh and your pasta perfect with every boil. The plate elements that allow the unit to be applied as a bain marie can each be simply removed for easier cleaning at the end of the day.
