Description

This commercial cooking appliance uses independently controlled heat zones to give you the maximum level of control over the tenderness and rareness of steaks and other meats. You can also tailor the number of operational zones to match increases and dips in demand, ensuring minimal energy wastage and running costs. Meats are given the desired chargrilled taste by way of the uniquely designed radiants which instil the perfect level of flaring, producing beautifully flavoursome meat. A branding grid scraper and cleaning spatula come included with the chargrill.
