Ideal for use in busy commercial restaurants, canteens or hotel kitchens, the Opus 800 has been designed for reliability and performance. The bain marie is also incredibly versatile, as you are able to fit a full size gastronorm pan or a mixture of smaller pans with adaptor bars. Please note: gastronorm pans sold separately.
