Description
Help prevent the dangerous spread of bacteria with this set of polyethylene chopping mats from Hygiplas. Each of the six mats are non-toxic and non-absorbent, as well as being colour-coded. This makes it easy to quickly identify and use the correct one for different food types, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
The Hygiplas chopping mats are both lightweight and flexible, meaning it’s simple to bend so that any peel or food waste can be cleared away with less mess and less fuss. The design also makes the mats simple to store away, using much less space than large, thick boards. And as each mat has a generous 450x300mm surface area, there’s plenty of chopping space available. These mats are best suited for light duty use.
