Specifically designed for the harsh commercial kitchen, the Hoshizaki features advanced refrigeration which can operate even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 40°C. The stainless steel worktop is incredibly sturdy, whilst inside, the fridge has a generous 257 litres of storage – large for a fridge of this size. The digital control panel ensures easy operation whilst making it easy to monitor the internal temperature. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
