Description
A comprehensive storage space for mass cooling and freezing, this Blast Chiller/Freezer provides a rapid and precise method of hygienically preserving large quantities of meals or ingredients. Particularly useful alongside a Rational combi oven, the machine is compatible with Rational SCC trolleys to streamline your kitchen operations and allow meals to be removed immediately from cooking and transferred directly into the chiller – locking in all the original taste, texture and consistency. This model works just as efficiently at higher ambient temperatures or in smaller spaces thanks to its ability to draw cool air from the ground.
