Description
Since Gold Medal introduced it in 1948, Flossine has remained a staple for professional cotton candy operators. Serving as the secret ingredient for creating top-quality cotton candy from scratch, Flossine gives cotton candy both flavour and colour. Just blend it with sugar, and you have a ready to use solution, providing an affordable means to produce a variety of high-quality candy floss.
To use, simply, mix up to two tablespoons of Flossine to every 4.5kg or two teaspoons to every 1.5kg of regular granulated sugar (either cane or beet sugar) for a fantastic result. Avoid using too much, as the colours get darker. Used without corn starch, it is guaranteed not to clog your candy floss machine’s ribbon heating elements.
