Description
Ideal for the smaller establishment, the Falcon Pro-Lite series offers versatility and value for money ¿ without taking up too much space. With a capacity of 10 litres, this electric pasta cooker can regenerate a high output of individual pasta portions in 30-45 seconds. The temperature ranges from 70 to 100°C and the mechanical timer bell ensures everything is cooked to the second. Add the drain valve and lift-out elements for easy cleaning and you have a very convenient machine, designed for easy use and quality.
