Highly powerful yet efficient, the natural gas Falcon F900 G9341 Twin Basket Fryer enables fuss-free frying during the busiest restaurant, canteen or takeaway services. The intelligent design means the fryer only needs 18 litres of oil to operate, whilst channelling 23kW of heating power into the tank. This means an incredibly fast recovery time, allowing a huge chips/hr output of 32kg – impressive for a fryer of this size. Supplied on castors to make cleaning and maintenance easier.

All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations – the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
