With four 5kW heat zones, induction-compatible pots and pans are quickly brought to – and kept at – temperature. Built-in pan detection technology ensures heat is only applied when a pan is in position, helping to reduce running costs. The oven compartment itself is large enough to accommodate double size (2/1) gastronorm pans – perfect for transferring dishes between appliances quickly. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations – the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
