Delivering reduced running costs as well as impressive operational functionality, the Falcon F900 Induction Range i91104 features four high performance 3.5kW heat zones alongside a large 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven. Whereas large open gas burners emit excess heat into the kitchen, the i91104 channels all the energy into the pan, meaning faster cooking, energy efficiency and a more comfortable working environment. Supplied on castors for manoeuvrability.
All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations – the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
