With an impressive 80 litre capacity, the natural gas Falcon F900 G9881 Bratt Pan is ideal for mass catering establishments such as schools, hospitals or large staff canteens. Designed for performance and convenience, the pan features a handy top-mounted faucet to facilitate filling and cleaning, as well as a sturdy counter-balanced lid with incremental opening which helps to retain heat in the pan whilst monitoring the cooking process.
