A superbly versatile addition to the modern commercial kitchen, the UK-made Falcon Dominator Plus E3101 oven range provides exceptional functionality and reliability whether used in a busy restaurant, school, hotel or takeaway.
Designed for maximum professional performance, the main 5kW oven features a large double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible cavity with five shelf positions, allowing large batches of food to be cooked all together – ideal for event catering or large sites. On top, the six fast heat-up boiling rings are strong and powerful, letting you boil, fry simmer or sauté with ease. And thanks to strong stainless steel construction throughout, the oven range is incredibly durable and easy to clean – essential in any busy professional setup.
