Description
This salmon slicer from Dick has been designed with a half bolster to give you use of the full length of the blade, making it easier and quicker to slice fish. The blade has undergone targeting tempering over several stages to give it a unique and sharp cutting edge and the scalloped sides stop the meat sticking to the blade. This makes it even quicker for you to effortlessly glide through the meat for perfect slices.
