With an Asian-style blade made from Molybdenum Vanadium steel, the knife is super durable and offers excellent corrosion-resistance properties. Its scalloped edge stops food sticking to the blade, giving you speed and precision to every cut. The Déglon Sabatier 7.2″ Santoku knife is also fitted with a hermoplastic handle featuring a round bolster and full tang. This makes the knife well-balanced and sturdy, providing comfort and control during use.
