These 5.5cm professional fluted moulds from DeBuyer are designed to help you create perfect canelés, thanks to their optimum, even heat conduction and that they have the ideal thickness all around to aid caramelisation in the centre. The moulds are also dishwasher safe and have the traditional shape that is made famous by the little cakes originating from Bordeaux.
