Description
Make delicious classic fluted tarts with the De Buyer 180mm fluted tart mould. Designed to make the whole baking process easy, the De Buyer mould is made from durable steel with a high quality non-stick coating. This not only ensures excellent thermal performance in commercial ovens – it also makes the finished tarts easy to remove once cooked. The non-stick coating it PFOA and PFOS free too, which ensures the resulting food isn’t exposed to any of these compounds which could be detrimental to health.
