Description
The 28cm De Buyer Mineral B steel steak frypan is a great choice for achieving perfectly cooked meats. Shaped to allow for a wide range of cuts of steak with its flared edges, the pan is made for high temperatures, delivering fast, even cooking – perfect for accurately searing steaks.
Designed and manufactured in France from high quality carbon steel, the pan features a strong riveted handle and is oven safe for up to 10mins at 200°C. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
