Keep pans and trays of pre-cooked food perfectly hot and ready to serve for extended periods with the 1825mm Cossiga Linear Series drop-in ceramic glass hotplate. Stylish and attractive, the hotplate is a welcome addition to any foodservice line and provides plenty of space for containers of roasted vegetables, meats or other hot foods.

Perfect as part of an assisted service area, the Cossiga features a full size glass front and acrylic rear doors, meaning more heat is kept within the unit and food hygiene is maximised. Simply set the temperature and food is kept ready to go.
