Designed to be installed in the tightest of spaces, the Convotherm really is ingeniously-made to offer a fantastic internal capacity of up to six full size gastronorm trays, whilst only being 515mm wide.
The narrow width doesn’t come at the cost of functionality though – you still get impressive cooking versatility, allowing you to steam, bake and combi-steam to achieve the cooking results you’re looking for. Control is intuitive too, with a 7″ TFT touchscreen display offering all the precision you need. Up to 399 cooking profiles can be accessed through the screen, allowing you to quickly start cooking at the touch of a button. A fantastic all-round combi for kitchens with limited space.
