The Chefs Range EF‑DF Electric Fish/Doughnut Fryer is a heavy‑duty countertop unit built for professional kitchens that require consistent performance, fast recovery times and easy maintenance. Its 11‑litre tank (400 × 400 mm) provides ample capacity for batch frying, while the high‑efficiency stainless‑steel armoured heating elements ensure rapid heat‑up and stable temperature control throughout service.

Designed with practicality in mind, the heating elements lift out to give full access to the fry tank, making cleaning straightforward. A front‑mounted oil drain tap allows safe and controlled oil removal, reducing downtime and improving hygiene. The fryer also includes a wire mesh crumb collector to keep oil cleaner for longer.

Safety features include a micro‑switch that cuts power when the elements are removed, a thermostat adjustable up to 200°C, and a safety thermostat set at 230°C for added protection. The unit is constructed from durable stainless steel and fitted with non‑slip adjustable feet for stable positioning on any work surface. The supplied lid doubles as a side drainer, improving workflow during busy periods.
