This model features an automatic start/stop system that activates as soon as dough is inserted into the hopper, reducing energy consumption and mechanical wear. The integrated timer mode (10–35 seconds) allows the machine to shut off automatically after the preset rolling time, while a continuous mode is available for uninterrupted production.

The parallel roller system ensures even dough thickness across the entire sheet, ideal for tray‑based pizza operations.
