A powerful auger‑style brush system automatically separates used flour, removing large lumps and directing them into a dedicated waste container. Clean flour is collected in a separate tub, ready for continued use — improving hygiene and reducing product waste.

The BT‑2P is supplied with a dipping basket and bowl, making it easy to coat chicken, fish, tenders, wings and other products quickly. The overhead basket shelf with backsplash provides convenient storage while helping contain mess during busy service periods.
