Featuring innovative technology to eliminate acids, resins and high temperature gases which can distort the taste and flavour of smoked foods, the smoker is ideal for making pulled pork or pulled chicken, as well as other traditionally smoked foods like smoked salmon and ham. The Bradley Smoker uses unique flavoured bisquettes to make clean tasting food without any unpleasant aftertaste and can produce consistent, clean smoke for up to 9 hour safely without intervention, so there is no need to constantly check and tend to the machine.
